ME

I define myself as a wife, mother, Granny, writer, and photographer. (Not necessarily in that order.)  I love to blog and play around with photography, but most of all, I love to hang out with my family. MY FAMILY

Leroy—We have been married since 1987! He is my best friend, and I can’t imagine my life without him. In January 2009, he started a new career as an Insurance Agent with Rico, Pfitzer, Pires and Associates. He loves his job, his family and traveling with me! We live in Hilmar, California.

Sierra (Oliveira) – Our daughter is a graduate of Chico State University.  Sierra now holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration. She fell in love with a wonderful guy, Joey Oliveira, and we are thrilled to have welcomed him into our family (officially) on November 14, 2015.

Steel – Our son graduated from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon.  Steel holds a degree in Business Administration. Steel loves to hunt and fish.  He is our favorite chef.  He was married to the love of his life, Taylor, in August 2024!

Jameson – Our first grandchild was born in October 2016, and he has changed our lives forever.  Being a grandparent is the BEST, and we look forward to having new adventures every day!

Charlotte – Our little Quarantine Queen was born in February 2020 and has brought our family sweet joy.
