I heard from an old friend today and our conversation (via e-mail) reminded me of the time we spent together working in Yosemite National Park.  One of my fondest memories of that time with her was sharing our love (and addiction) to brownies.  We especially enjoyed making sundaes with vanilla ice-cream and chocolate syrup.  Mmmmm...  She told me that she is now a Raw Foodist and after her explanation I questioned her decision since brownies must be baked at 350 for at least 30 minutes.  All of this made me crave the sweet treat.  Thank goodness, there were the proper ingredients in the cabinet... (kept there for emergency situations only of course.)  I love them... and I guess I get to eat her share too.
