I hate taking vitamins. I'm not very consistent... even though I know (for my health and considering my poor diet) I need to take them on a regular basis. I'm going to commit to doing a better job. I really need to form this habit. Not liking (to take) them does not mean I don't consider them a blessing. I am thankful that there is a simple solution for me to fulfill the vitamin deficiencies I have due to the foods I can't eat. Take dairy for example. I am lactose intolerant... so getting enough calcium is a big concern for someone like me. Adding calcium supplements to my diet will help balance that need and give me stronger bones when I'm older.
