What I'm Doing at 20:11 in 2011... Leroy is a wonderful cook. Really, really great. And one of his specialties is any kind of chicken.
This afternoon, I had him grill some chicken breasts with his lemon pepper seasoning. My plan is to use this for lunch the next couple of days. So at 8:11, I was cutting up the breasts to prepare for the work week ahead.
