Religion and Politics at 20:11
What I'm Doing at 20:11 in 2011... I don't know why, but every time I'm with my in-laws, the topic of conversation always turns to religion and/or politics. Most of the time it's about religion (as it was tonight at 8:11) and we argue and argue and never get anywhere. The best part about these conversations is that we practice the SAME religion. (I know... it just doesn't make sense.) My father-in-law and I discuss (and argue about) the Catholic faith because we have very different interpretations of how that faith should be lived out.
Today we traveled to the Monterey area to watch Austin's football game. We were in the car on our way back (and almost home) when this discussion started, and abruptly ended after we arrived back at the house.
No harm, no foul. We'll just pick up where we left off the next time we're together.
