Everyday Food at 20:11

What I'm Doing at 20:11 in 2011... I love cookbooks and food magazines. This is one of my favorites. At 8:11, I was going through it picking out my favorites. I'd like to tell you that I try many of the recipes that these magazines contain, but the truth is, I usually don't.

Tonight I found a good one for Thanksgiving... Shredded brussels sprouts with pancetta. It sounds so good, I'm determined to give it a try.
