I don't get sick very often. And I'm not really sick today... it's just allergies. The problem is, I don't have allergies. Or at least I didn't, but I think I do now. They say (I don't know who "they" are) that if you live in the Central Valley long enough, you'll develop allergies and I think I fit that profile. They've really been bad this spring. My kids have them... they've had them their whole lives. Steel really notices a difference when he's home from Oregon.
Fortunately, we don't have to suffer. We usually take a daily allergy pill, but when things get bad, we've got the decongestant. (Which, by the way is not available in Oregon without a prescription.)
I hate taking medicine, but I sure appreciate it when it need it.
