8 Hours of Sleep
Read the post from earlier today and you'll understand why I'm recognizing ample sleep as true grace. It's easy to recognize how important a good, solid night's sleep is when you haven't experienced it for a while. While napping helps, nothing compares to eight straight hours. I don't think I moved all night long. I do feel better today, but I know getting another good night's sleep tonight will be just what the doctor ordered!
