I've become a pro at asking for help. I've even learned to not wait until the project is a complete disaster before asking for that help. I know my limits and surrender a lot sooner than I used to. I'm incredibly thankful for polite, patient and proficient technical support agents. Some are much better at their jobs than others. I've engaged my share of them. When I find a good one, I always keep track of their names and call them directly the next time I need help.
And there is always a next time for me.
